lack of transparency in online shopping insurance...

Hi, if I have a probleme when I am buying online or my bank details are stolen, where do I go to declare and claim the money back?
I just find it hard to find information regarding this type of situation…

How about if somebody steals my bank details or card details and take 2000€ from my bank account. Is there a fail safe system? Do I get refunded if I can prove it’s not me?
Thank you again

Speak to Revolut in the first instance, and (common sense) block cards etc.

Probably also need to report to the Police and obtain a crime number?

You have to admit it’s not straight forward the procedure to report a fraud on a account.
Many thx
I wasn’t aware of the chargeback system.

Isn’t it like this with all banks? Talk to customer support and make your case.

You talk to support and they will file a chargeback for you.

Seems pretty straightforward to me?
