First of all, they sent me an email to confirm the delivery date of my card. It took them more than 10 days to make the delivery and I still haven’t received the card yet. When I tried to reach their custom support, each time they told me an agent with be with you in couple minutes. However it is not the case. They usually come back to me after couple hours and come up with a general answer that I can easily find on internet.

It seems Revolut doesn’t take their commitment seriously. If you knew that you can’t make it, just don’t say it to your client in first place. This is disrespectful and I can’t put up with it.

For people seeing this before they put their money in Revolut, I suggest you to use another service. And I’m sure I will put this on my social media so my friends can avoid this disgraceful service.
