I have a current situation with the Kraken exchange account, regarding transferring funds to my Revolut account. Here is the email I have received:
"You recently made a withdrawal on Saturday August 11th, 2018 which is currently on-hold. The reason for this is because you are attempting to withdrawal to a Lloyd’s account.
Unfortunately this is not possible due to Lloyd’s being a sundry account for Revolut. As Lloyd’s does not provide unique IBAN’s there would be no way to direct the money to your account with them. I would suggest you inquire with Revolut support about the EUR personal account feature. This would give you a unique IBAN that you would have no problem withdrawing your funds to.
This withdrawal however will have to be returned to your Kraken account. If you have any other questions or concerns you can reply directly to this email and I will do my best to help."
