I've passed the account creation phase, but there's a bug

Hi, I’ve been trying to create an account for the past month and my app is blocked at “you’ve passed the first step. Your account will be ready soon, check your email inbox”. I still haven’t received anything from Revolut except that I need to give my fiscal information lol

Is it possible to close my account or unlock the problem?

Thank you for confirming the country name with us. However, French Polynesia is not part of the supported country list at the moment. Our services are currently available in French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Mayotte, Martinique, Reunion, and Saint Martin. You can see the supported country list here - What are the supported countries where I can sign up for Revolut? :earth_americas:
