I have made a payment to someone for a certain amount (as explained through my online chat with support) and there was in error as the person received a smaller amount (but I did paid for the whole). I have no reply from support and no way to reach out to you, could you please help?
We can see that an agent responded to your query via chat - are you not able to see the message?
