I am just wondering if the problems logging in and using the card are really serious problems.
Should we be getting worried about the funds in our accounts or will be these technical problems be fixed very soon.

I’d go for the “very soon” 
There are some major technical problems right now that are making cards and app not work like they should, but you will get all the incorrect transactions back when the problem is solved (normally, automatically).
The support team is currently extremely busy…
