I just ordered two premium cards and they were shipped with DHL express service. Btw guys, is it possible to get your premium card shipped in a day or two if you are in a hotel and loose your card while travelling even outside EU? any experiences?

It depends very much on which hubs they’re using. For Mexico we’re 3 flights but for Manila about 5 + truck.
