Is it possible to have someone on the the Revolut chat Apps ? 5 days with no answer and i send many “hello” everyday ?
What are you doing ? Is this bank serious ?

Hi! Make sure you write “live agent” in the chat app. It should give you an automatic answer saying how long the wait should be.

Hi, I’m with the same issue, I tried the “live agent” but didn’t get any automatic answer.

I submitted my docs to verify my account two days ago and I’m still seeing the “we’ll notify you within 10 minutes” message. :roll_eyes:

It doesn’t seem to be working right now. I sent them my question regarding the top-up no show-up almost 48 hours ago. I wrote “Live agent” several times, but there’s still absolutely no reply, even their usual automatic reply. It’s really annoying.
