I’m having no luck even getting a reaction let alone actual support. Meanwhile a sizeable amount of my money is sat somewhere that I cant access and I cant event get them to reject it so it goes back to my real bank account. I think this company have a long way to go. Monzo seems to be streets ahead in terms of client contact
