It would be great if we could manage our account from the ipad/tablet or the website. It would also make the Support Team’s life easier, because if someone loses the phone they won’t need to call them and waste everyone’s time.
P.S. I know the app works on the ipad, but it doesn’t sync well and of course the design it’s for the iphone.
Yes, but it’s just the iPhone app fitted on the iPad, it’s not a native iPad OS app that uses all the advantages of the bigger and more powerful UI of an iPad.
Also, a Mac OS native app and a website to manage our accounts online are a must.
