Has anyone else noticed that pictures of receipts added to a transaction disappears if you delete them from your camera roll? I hope they fix this soon, as I would prefer not having loads of photos of receipts in my camera roll.
Hi there. This is not a bug. Unfortunately the photos are not stored on the app or our servers but only on your device. This ensures that the app has a minimum capacity.
Although I understand the logic behind it, it would be great to see some change here. For instance the photos could be stored in the app or in iCloud as each app can save to iCloud.
