Increase top up limit - money being held for more than a week

Hi there. I transfered myself a very important amount of money from my own Spanish savings account and despite sending the bank statemets and getting feedback on good verification terms by the support my money is currently being held and NONE has answered

I am a premium member and I am very disappointed. I depend on that money. I’m gonna have to get a loan If I can’t access it.

Can anyone help please? I have nowhere else to go
