Increase my yearly top up limit

Hi,

I have gone through the process of sending my last payslips to increase my topup limit. But right after sending these I did not get any feedback from the person I was in touch with, through the chat on the app.
Thus, I am not sure whether the documents were received (I am not getting answers on the chat for the last 24 hours) and thus if my annual top up limit will be updated.

Could anyone help by any chance?
