Increase limits

I transferred money to my account exceeding the topup limit. after i realized that, I asked Revolut to send it back

I have been in contact with customer service for two weeks. I do not get any response for DAYS!!! in a row, then when somebody actually responds, they have NO IDEA about the case nor previous discussions. They do not know where the money is, and i keep repeating myself to the agents (not even sure if they are only chatbots). My savings have now been lost for two weeks, and Revolut doesn’t seem to care.

Definitely not recommending anybody to join you until customer service matures enough or even exists!
