In-app support does not work


Hello everyone and Revolut team,

I came across a problem which makes me really frustrated. The build-in support does not work on my app, for at least 5 days.

There are two scenarios. First it showed support is offline while I was asking my problem during the working time (1800 on Tuesday). I could not even type any words in the dialogue box.

A few days past, I could type my questions in the box, however the ‘send’ button does not work, which means I cannot send out my question.

I have been out of support for quite a number of days. Is there any staff could help me with this?


We have had limited support hours causing it to be offline. This means that you cannot send out messages to the chat as well. I have written you a private message to help.
