in-app suport team doesn't response

Hello,
I’m one of your premium costumers. I was left with no response for 3 days.
Considering that you have no other way to contact you, it absolutely unacceptable way of communication to your costumers.
I had my money in “pending” condition for 9 days altogether and It was a large amount of money.
Just now I had a response and guess how long it took to sort my problem?
ONLY 18 min.
Not happy at all!

Same issue here!
No response since Dec. 5th… absolutely appauling and causing huge issues for me at the moment.
Have you had a response yet?

Yes, I had the response from them.

I contacted them via Twitter but instead of looking into my problem they only send standard answers.
