Last Sunday I was in a bit of a pickle in trying to enable a transfer of euros from my Revolut account to my Starling euro account.

Long story short - I accessed in-app support (early Sunday morning) received a response inside a minute and a quick exchange and a screen shot later, I was all set up.

Thanks Revolut. Most impressive.

You got lucky… some had to wait 11 days to get a reply in the app… but if they do reply, personally for me they resolve my issues fast
