Impressed with the service.


Further to a message I posted several months ago, when I was critical of Revolut after its ‘overzealous’ security system (at that time) temporarily locked me out of my own card and therefore prevented me from withdrawing my funds until some time later, I recently decided to give the service another try and have been using my card again.

As a result, I have found the service extremely useful when travelling between the Eurozone and UK and, apart from one minor glitch at Madrid airport, I’ve been impressed.

When things aren’t going well or a service isn’t functioning correctly, then it’s every consumer’s right to complain. However, I also believe in giving credit (no pun intended) where it’s due and just wanted to let @AndreasK and the rest of the Revolut team know that I have been recommending the service to others and will continue to do so.
