Impossible to to up to IBAN LT97 3920 xxxx xxxx

It’s impossible to me to top up my Revolut € account.

I tried it via IBAN with my spanish € Bank account. The message is “it’s no sepa country or thy are updating their web page”.

I tried it via my € Visa credit card: no way either. The error message: “Your credit card is blocked for internet operations in electronic commerce”. But I’m using may Visa Credit Card all the time without any problem!
So it seems that it is your problem!

I tried it also via my new Mastercard Debit Card (spanish €). The error message this time: “Oops! your credit card was declined by your bank… Please contact your bank.” But my Bank says they can’t help.

Via my Swiss Bank at least I could top up to reach the virtual Revolut card, but I need to be able to update from my spanish € account.

So please help!!!

It was my issue previously when I tried to add it with HSBC France.

Since yesterday, Revolut released new EUR account (GB) and we have different questions about it on this thread (fees or not if you do a transfer from a EU to GB account with the same currency, etc.):

For the issues with your cards, I never had this problem before, sorry!
