Impossible to have an account

I’ve been trying to sign up to Revolut for 3 days but it’s impossible.
I downloaded the app on my phone, entered the phone number, but the code doesn’t arrive. I checked the call and text message settings, but there are no call blocks or messages that have ended up in spam.
I requested the code by phone and I received the call from Revolut, but when I enter that code, a new page asks me to enter the passcode (but I don’t have any passcode because I had never signed up for the service!).
I also tried sending an email from the app but nothing. to do.
Is it possible that I can’t register for the service?
Can you help me to solve my problem?

@Dany74 Please try the below basic troubleshooting steps :

  • Make sure your Revolut app is updated to the latest version available
  • Clear the device’s cache
  • Close the app completely from the app switcher
  • Reboot the device (turn it off and then on)
