This is my fourth day with no resolution to my issue.

Thanks TonyP. Yes I have provided the necessary documentation in Live Chat but I am being ignored. Someone talks to me for 5mins then leaves for 24 hours, then I am contacted again by someone else and the same thing happens. This is my 3rd day trying. I would love if @anon33247966 was able to help but I don’t see how I can message him directly. Thanks Andy
