Ignorant customer service - Just plain bad support

i had a very bad experince with support. I pointed out a problem with the app today and the rep was too proud to acknowledge the problem. Instead she was just trying to force that everything is just fine sense into me and ITS NOT.

HEAR ME OUT AND HEAR ME CLEAR. I WOULD RATHER WAIT FOR BORDERLESS ACCOUNTS FROM TRANSFERWISE THAN USING REVOLUT
