Identity verification still saying "processing"

Hello,

I have received my Revolut card and tried to get my identity verified with the App. I have successfuly uploaded required documents. I’ve been waiting for 4 days now and it still says “processing”.
I’ve tried to contact an agent on chat. The agent asked to upload 3 documents more (passport and a photo of an ID card next to my face). I did and nothing has changed.
I really need my account to be working on Monday. Could you please try to resolve my issue?
