Identity Verification Error



I want to get a GBP account number and sort code, so:

After I clicked on Activate Account and topped up with some money - it still doesn’t verify me and doesn’t show my account number and sort code.

What should I do about it?

Have you clicked Top-up and then Bank account and GBP?

I contacted with a live agent and sent some pictures of ID and face, thanks again
