Identity Verification- 2 months now

Hi,
I am trying to make the bank transfer getting this message - ‘Identity Verification’- 'Your profile documents are being reviewed. We’ll notify you shortly once your account has been verified.

This message is been there more than 2 month now. Kindly help.
