Hi! This usually means that one of the pictures of the documents is low quality or unreadable :slight_smile: You have to contact support and they’ll verify it for you. I recommend using Twitter (@RevolutApp) as they respond the fastest there, but you could also use Facebook: https://facebook.com/revolutapp or in-app :wink:
