ID verification still in process over 2 weeks now



Can someone help and provide clear instructions online and in app about what’s going on? It seems that I’m just waiting and waiting…

I even thought about becoming a premium member so I can get immediate support but even no follow-up instructions about how to become a premium member after I click the button.

I already deposited money in and can’t do anything more about it without my ID being verified. It’s getting very frustrated …
