ID verification processing two months

Hello, I have a problem to verify identity. Since a couple of mounth it’s say to me “we are currently reviewing your documents the review process will take up to 10 minutes.” My limit of 1000€ is almost reached. Now my money is not available to me.

@AndreasK I have also contacted via the in-app support option to get my account verified, but I have not yet got any response.

Hi,

So i just download Revolut, because i’m really interested about the app.
But my identity can’t be checked. I tried since yesterday the app is examinating my document and nothing happened.

I have the same issue with verification, however no one in chat support answering. Is it like usual thing ?

Same as above. Stucked for about one day now. In-app chat is not working at all.
