I got a card for my wife (she is Thai, living in Belgium for 25 years now, with both Thai ID, passport, and Belgian ID)
Verification has been stuck for days now, no response via chat. Topped up 50 eur 
She is quite annoyed with this, can it be solved?
Time on verification can vary an nobody knows what is depending on (ie. In my case it lasted a week).
So if don’t want to wait you can:
- use in-app support,
- send them DM by Twitter or Facebook
- ask @anon33247966 for help
