I am UK citizen trying to set up Revolut, I am awaiting ID verification which does not seem to be working. The in-app chat support tool is also not working. I have tried re-installing app which also does not work. I have also tried twitter and facebook with no response, please can a member of support advise.
I also have same issues. Iām HU citizen and sent my passport and selfie via in-app verification and later uploaded documents, and still nothing.
I contacted via twitter, got a response and the issue is now sorted.
