i want my money back

hello, so i wanted to get a revolut card, because i was in uk and i did not had a uk bank account so i was wanted to buy stuff online but my credit card balance from my home country was empty so i found revolut and i wanted to topup revolut account and i chosed bank transfer i was to bank with the revolut iban account details and my reference number i asked at the bank if i can do this transfer paying by cash they said yes of course so i made it and i got the receipt , the next day no money was added to my revolut account and i contacted support and they said oh sorry we dont accept cash deposit and i said okay ewfund my money, they said that they contacted the special team for this kind of questions and i will get a response very soon now its past a month and i still did not got my money back, every day i contact them and i get the same response that they dont have any update but my problem will be solved soon so i dont know what i can do to recover my money since they dont want to refund it to me, please help its about 360£

Hi! I recommend contacting them on Twitter (@RevolutApp) or on Facebook: https://facebook.com/revolutapp . If you would’ve read the FAQ (https://revolut.com/faq) first, you would’ve known that Revolut doesn’t accept cash deposits :slight_smile:

We truly apologise for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, we don’t accept cash deposit (https://revolut.com/faq/#do-you-accept-cash-deposits)

However, we’re able to revert the cash deposit back to the same back to any UK bank account, as this cash deposit was made in the UK.
