I have been trying to contact support since the 13th March to up my limits. I belive there is a bug beacuse usually response is quick. I have tried to contact them on facebook & Twitter, no luck
Did you get past Rita? If not type “live agent”. If the chat is stuck you can try and reset it by typing “resolved” and then “live agent” again
Just tried that, did not seem to work. Live agent autocorrect to Love agent.

Hi there, I have also had the same issue since the 14th March, I have passed Rita and tried the Resolved / Live agent trick with no luck. Could you please advise on how this can be resolved? Thanks
Contact them on Facebook message they will get back to you. Not sure what the problem was.
