I upgrade to premium, My account gets locked

I upgraded my account, actually started putting some money through it …Brilliant!!
Now its blocked…put the number in from the bank? What number, nothing received from Revoult?

Tried the online support - one of our live agents will be with you in half an hour? over an hour now and nothing.

I thought this was a decent alternative, it’s proving me wrong very fast

Have you used a card for top ups? They might refer to a code you would see on that card’s statement. Its a way to verify ownership of cards. It’s the same how it works with Paypayl.

only from my personal account, why would i need to verify it again if ive topped up my account with it
