I haven't received my card

In December 4 I asked for a revolud card and it should have arrived on the 14th, but it has not been done and we are already on day 30, so I give it up for lost.

Finally I have ordered another card by registered mail and this one has arrived.

I request that I get back the 6 euros that cost me to ask for the first card, since this one never ended up arriving at my address.

you paid both cards? i never heard of user whos card was lost and still paid his lost card

As the card did not arrive, I requested another one for certified delivery in the meantime and finally the first card has never arrived and that is why I ask that you return the payment of the 6 euros of said card that has never arrived.
