I haven't got my card - waiting more than 1 month



I’ve ordered my card on 6.02.2018 and still didn’t get it. When I try to reorder it, it gives me 2 EUR delivery option and since I’ve already payed 6 EUR delivery fee, I’m not happy with this solution.
