It’s really painful to chat with the customer services team as it’s only a chatting and wasting time and nothing going to happen . This is dealing with my money transferred to Revolut and I have been treated like shit by the customer service and even threatened me. I will make formal request to the authorities to investigate your practices.
Why are you posting this here? If you file such a complaint Revolut will receive it anyhow via the official channels.
