I have lost my phone and i have moved country so i have a new number

What do i do? I can’t seem to access my mobile account and can’t seem to find emails from revolut in either of my email addresses.

You need to ask the chat support they can change the account to a new number

I think you ned a passport or something to verify its youre account

I have a similar issue. Signed up to the waiting list in New Zealand in mid 2018, they never launched, now I live in the UK and whenever I try to set up an account (with a different phone number) they try to refer me back to the old account, which was never set up and I can’t access because my details are slightly different. I can’t even get in it to talk to support because my number is different - very frustrating - just want to sign up!

same thing happening here idk i’ve been looking for help for around 15 days as I have all my money in that account and I’m loosing my mind. I don’t know what re they waiting for they should have a some kind of call center to get in contact with them in case this things happen

I spoke to them via chat on my brothers account they asked me to write them via email.

I’ve tried texting them on the complaints one. Did it work for you?

I sent them an email recently and still waiting for a reply, hopefully they get back to me soon.
