I have been waiting for more than 1 week for a SWIFT transfer

I carried out a SWIFT “top up” to the pooled GBP account Revolut indicated me. I made sure the reference was properly included by the bank that sent my money.

However, more than 1 week has now passed and I’ve yet to see my funds reflected in Revolut. My bank says they’ve carried out their part and it’s up to the receiving bank to properly credit the funds.

I am starting to lose my patience, because the chat support is apparently always overwhelmend and they do not respond my messages.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
