Hello, i made a transfer couple days ago from barclays account to revolut euro account but still not receiving anything. I think because i did not put my reference number for transfer 46987790 I tried to chat with costumer service but the robot says they are busy. Any one can help?
You provide the chat all details needed that they can allocate the money for you. Send a receipt, showing the sender’s account no. and name. Once an agent gets to it, they can solve it without getting back to you. That, in my experience, is the most effective way to communicate with support.

Yes, in principle. I would provide them as many details as possible.
I just tried to make a payment through the Revolut app on my phone and at the payment screen when entering an amount it would not minimise the keypad to allow for a payment reference to be input. This needs to be fixed.
Also please make a desktop version of the Revolut banking app that can be accessed via the web.
