I’m trying to log in but I’m told my phone is not secure but it is

My first issue with the app, started when out of nowhere, when opening the app, logging in with the fingerprint option was not available. I had to use the pin for it (which I didn’t remember since I never had to use it - unlocking with the fingerprint always worked until this happened). Moved to the next step, which was the phone number option, which I’ve changed since I started using the app. Inputing the new phone number, and choosing the option to change it within the app was not working.
Moving on from this point, I have logged out of the app, started all over and now unlocking by fingerprint option works fine, but I’m being asked the input my personal details (first name, last name, date of birth). After doing this, the app is asking me if we have meet before (nice touch ). I select yes, and I’m being asked to input my phone number and to create a new pin for the app. After doing this I get the following message: “We’re sorry, something has gone wrong. Please try later.”
And I’m stuck in this loop.
Is there any way you can help with this issue, please? Thank you.
I’m having the same issue for 2 days now. Any solutions? Deleting amd reinstalling the app didnt work…

After i was about to close the account, suddenly i ve been logged out with no chance to log back in.
I get the message something went wrong.
I ve also tried ti reinstall the app again but It doesn t work.
Now i don t know whether the account was closed correctly or not.
I logged out and can’t log in anymore. I get the message “We’re sorry, something has gone wrong. Please try later” after entering my phone number.
What can I do?

I have a big Problem. I cannot log into my account because I forgot the passcode. When I tried to get a link to my email address in order to reset the passcode, my account seems to be connected to an old email address which I no longer use. Please help?

I have the same problem as the guys before.
I cannot get passed “Enter your passcode”. I enter it once (yes it is a correct passcode), and the app takes me to repeat the “Enter your passcode” - and then the app is just hanging. Nothing is happening. Help, please. Is it a bug due to today’s 13.4?
Hi, is there any help here, Revolut? For more details: I am a metal member. I am not able to log into the app again. I get to the phone-number and the sms code but when I have done the passcode - the app freezes. It has been as such the last 24 hours. I have deleted and downloaded the app again. Nothing works. And when I try your support / help pages - I am referred to contact you through the app?! Come on! Can I please get som help with this?

I have a same problem…got code to phone after wrote digits then password and finally password but it freeze…nothing happened l reinstalled app many times, and contacted by app support team by clicking “l forgot my password” button and they sent password update mail but still same problem…somehow app is sick…very sorry cause can’t use my Revolut anymore…hope they will solve the problem…
