I can't get into my app

Hi I tried to get in the app and it will not let me, the phone number i have associated with the card is my english sim, but i no longer have that as i changed provider a couple of months ago to giffgaff, as giffgaff doesn’t work in the caribbean i can’t get the reset passcode, ive tried putting in my phone number of the sim i have here but it doesn’t work, when i first arrived in Tobago i got into the app no problem, ive topped up a couple of times and now i have no way of getting into the sim, ive looked on line for a phone number to call revolut, and the chat is not working either, please help
