I cant get into my account help

I’m going to South America tomorrow.

I brought a Revolut card in preparation for this, and set it up the previous week.

Today I tried signing in but it said my pin was wrong, although I was copying the pin that I had written down when making the account.

After I clicked ‘forgot pin’ it asked me to put in the last 4 digits of my card, so I did, but it just says ‘verification failed. please put correct value’.

I’ve done it over and over again and I’m sure all these details are correct.

What’s going on can I just restart my account?!

Have you used a card to top-up the account? Aren’t they asking for the last digits of this card?
