I was blocked for security reasons. I have deleted the app. I cannot find help to get the account fixed or replace with a new account.
Usually this is solved from within the app, talking with support. You can reach them by opening the app, trying to log in, clicking “Forgot?” and then “Support”
This is not what I have experienced. I get the notice about the account being blocked and the only option is to select ‘Support’ and this takes me to the conversation that i’ve been having looking for help
Can someone help me please
