I can't get account started

I was blocked for security reasons. I have deleted the app. I cannot find help to get the account fixed or replace with a new account.

Usually this is solved from within the app, talking with support. You can reach them by opening the :r: app, trying to log in, clicking “Forgot?” and then “Support” :slight_smile:

This is not what I have experienced. I get the notice about the account being blocked and the only option is to select ‘Support’ and this takes me to the conversation that i’ve been having looking for help
