I can't access my account after support updating my phone number

I have a new phone and I have asked the support to change my number on my profl as I had some sms issues. I have logged out from my old phone and now I can’t access my account anymore, it is asking me to create a new account. So it is like I have lost my money.
Please can you help?

Try to log in with your old number. wait a couple of minutes. Then tap “didn’t receive text code”. You can get in contact with support this way.

If that’s not working, tap “changed phone number” on welcome screen.
