I cannot top my EURO account because my card send a code, where do I put that code?
the top up is reverted. what can i do. I have told to the bank and they say it is Revolut asking for the code no them… otherwise they would not send it. It is revolut asking for that extra security.

I’m not entirely clear on what you mean when you say your card sent a code.
Is the app asking you to verify your card used to top up? If so have a look here

Sorry a code is sent to my phone.

I have added the card and it was sucessfully added. I can’t find anywhere in the top up section where it says verify.
In fact this code don’t try to verify a card but a transaction!! it is sent to my phone every time I try to top up. Then in revolut appears like pending and i can’t see anywhere to add that verification code. After an hour the transaction is rejected

During topping up look into the list with cards to top up and tap small “i” in the circle
