I downloaded the app and then I made the sign in. Everything was perfect until next time I log in to use the app again. The app gets blocked and the blue screen does never change.
I’ve tried to reinstall the app several times but it didn’ work.
I’ve tried to sign in again but the app didn’t let me do it because my telephone number had been already used to create the account.
Is it possible to cancel my account so I can start all over again? I’ m open to your suggestions in order to solve the problem.
