how to unblock the card

hi i am a new user, i have a question: i order a revolut card, and it was expected by 09 th january but it is not arrived, so i re quest ( as said in the app) a new card, today (10th january) is arrived the first card,
the question is: the first card is valid? and if it is no valid how can i unblock it? thanks
