My parents want to send money to my Revolut account.
Would it be possible from a Philippine Peso bank account?
They can also do it from Cambodia where the bank account is in USD. Can they have a Revolut account?
If it is possible, please advice how we can do this or if there’s another way they can send me money.

They can send the funds from their Cambodian account to your Revolut USD account. Just keep in mind this will be a SWIFT transfer and will most likely involves transfer fees. If they want to ensure you get the full amount they should wire it with the OUR option, which means they bear all the fees and you get the full amount.
As for them having a Revolut account, no they cant unless they have a valid residence permit in the EEA.
