How to get money back

Hi there.

I’ve got my revolut card and also had topped it up with a couple of £ and € without ANY WARNING (or info) that I wouldn’t be able to actually use this card because I am a non-european citizen. Now, it’s not possible for me to use it. Does anyone know how to get the money back, considering I can’t verify my ID?

Our services are available to legal residents in the EEA, however, we’re working on our global expansion :slight_smile:

On our FAQs you can find where Revolut is available.

As I can see a member of the team has returned the funds back to the original source of top up.
