How do I actually get Revolut to support me with an issue

I can’t get my physical card to link to my account and so far all I can see is that they have fiddled me out of £10 to buy a new card which I can’t use and take the remaining money as it is not in my account. I’ve tried to link my card but it doesn’t work. So it is useless. I am stuck abroad with no option but to use my expensive credit card. I have tried to contact the support teams but 45 mins ago they said a live agent would be with me in 20 mins and that is all I have heard. Is there any way to actually get them to help?
